Payments

At Classizo, we make shopping convenient by accepting payments via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Rest assured, your transactions are secure and seamless.

Shipping

We deliver to cities across India, ensuring timely delivery of our premium mobile covers. Orders typically arrive within 7-8 working days. Please note, the customer is responsible for any additional import duties, if applicable.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If the courier fails to deliver after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Reshipping is possible upon request with updated address and contact details, but refunds for Return-to-Origin (RTO) orders will not be initiated.

Returns

We offer a replacement guarantee for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive such an item, please contact us at hello@classizo.in within 3 days of delivery. Ensure you provide an authenticated unboxing video to support your claim.

Replacements or refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• Item is physically damaged.
• Item has missing parts or accessories.
• Item differs from its description.
• Item is defective or non-functional.
• Replacements will be processed upon receipt of the returned item, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 24 working hours of approval.

Please Note:

• Returns/exchanges are not applicable for dislike of the product or ordering the wrong item.
• Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• In case the desired item is out of stock during the return and replacement is not possible, then the refund would be processed after deducting the shipping charges incurred on the desired item
